The Start Of Something New For Our Customers

What was Think FNB is now Start Something Today! As we worked to create our new brand and tagline, we talked to our customers to find out what sets FNB apart that we could reflect in our redefined identity. What we found was that for more than 140 years, FNB has offered customers more ways to go their own way. Always looking deeper to offer new ideas and real solutions when our customers wanted to start something.

“Our customers are starting businesses you see on main street,” said Sally Hopkins, FNB’s Chief Operations Officer. “They’re starting families, the construction of a new home or starting a new savings account for the future.”

According to Hopkins, FNB is putting the focus on empowering their customers for the future. “We want to be the local bank that our local citizens turn to when they want to build a real relationship,” she said. “Success usually starts small and starts locally and our new tagline represents our commitment to help our customers grow no matter what stage of life they’re in.”

The new YourStart checking and savings product bundle offers new features that give you more freedom and less fees because according to Hopkins, FNB’s new brand isn’t just about a new look. “We spent a lot of time listening to our customers and retooling our products and services accordingly,” she said. “We also know that banking is becoming more about everything digital and we are committed to being a leader in helping our customers confront the new digital frontier.”

Are you ready to start something? Stop by your local FNB branch and find out how everything can start with the right bank by your side. Make that one stop that can get everything started.

FNB Launches Fresh New Look, Enhanced Products

FNB has seen over 140 years of change. That’s why we’re celebrating progress. The frontier was always about wanting more and our bank makeover is all about making your future look good. A fresh new look, new accessible website, checking and savings products with enhanced features and the latest digital banking tools from the bank that keeps our communities charged up.

“We believe the future of banking is literally in our hands,” said Marty Nichols, CEO of FNB Bank. “Communities in the four counties we serve are now navigating a new digital frontier.

“Since 1875, we’ve fueled our customer’s can-do spirit and our makeover is about much more than our new logo,” he said. “We’ll continue to launch the latest digital banking tools and now you can learn how to use those tools by meeting with one of our new in-branch digital banking guides.”

According to Nichols, FNB is not only launching cutting edge digital and mobile banking tools, but the bank’s technology is ranked among the most secure in the country. “We’re one of Kentucky’s nine oldest banks because we never forgot the power of personal connections,” he said. “In our eight offices in Western Kentucky, we help customers make a way. With customers like ours, keeping up means going out of our way.”

In addition, FNB also launched a new website with a new URL: GrowWithFNB.com.

FNB Donates Over $57,000 To Area Schools in 2017

FNB is proud to announce we gave back $57,588.50 to our area schools in Mayfield, Graves County and Trigg County School in 2017 as a result of our Spirit Debit Card feature. Since 2012 when the program started, the annual amount has grown from just over $24,000 to over $57,000 in 2017. “We are proud to offer our exclusive FNB Spirit Debit Card Program to our local schools,” stated Brooke Wiles, FNB Marketing Director. “Our customers have pride in knowing that they are making a difference in the lives of our youth by simply swiping their Spirit Debit Cards at the checkout. The donated funds allow the school systems the opportunity to do more for their students and staff, which is an invaluable asset to our community.”

The FNB Spirit Debit Card Rewards Program allows FNB and their customers the opportunity to give back to their local schools when they use their FNB debit card. FNB currently offers Spirit Debit Cards for Mayfield, Graves County and Trigg County Schools. The Spirit Card works like a traditional debit card and for each signature based transaction (not using your PIN), FNB donates $0.10 to the corresponding school. The tracking process is hassle free for the card holder, as FNB does all the tracking and submits the check to each school on a quarterly basis. The donated funds are utilized at the school’s discretion.

In 2016, FNB donated over $51,000 to their participating schools through the Spirit Debit Card Program. Click here to learn more about FNB’s Spirit Debit Card program >
