FNB Donates Over $79,000 Back to Schools Through Spirit Debit Card Program
FNB Bank is proud to announce that they have donated over $79,000 back to Mayfield, Graves County and Trigg County Schools through their Spirit Debit Card Program in 2020. Most recently, FNB’s 4th quarter (2020) donation resulted in over $21,000 to the participating schools.
“We are proud to offer our exclusive FNB Spirit Debit Card every year, but especially during a pandemic year,” stated Brooke Wiles, FNB Marketing Director. “Our local schools have had to face one of the most challenging years and our hope is that the donated funds from our Spirit Debit Card Program assist with funding new projects and opportunities that benefit students and staff.”
The FNB Spirit Debit Card Program allows FNB and their customers the opportunity to give back to their local schools when they use their FNB debit card. FNB currently offers Spirit Debit Cards for Mayfield, Graves County and Trigg County Schools. The Spirit Card works like a traditional debit card and for each signature-based transaction (not using your PIN), FNB donates $0.10 to the corresponding school. The tracking process is hassle free for the card holder, as FNB does all the tracking and submits the check to each school on a quarterly basis. The donated funds are utilized at the school’s discretion.

FNB Makes $2,000 Christmas Donation to Laker Christmas & Tiger Christmas
During the month of December, FNB Bank made a $2,000 Christmas donation to two worthy charities on behalf of their customers and community members in Murray-Calloway County. Both the Laker and Tiger Christmas assistance programs split the donation to fulfill their missions.

FNB Makes $500 Christmas Donation to Family Service Society of Paducah
During the month of December, FNB Bank made a $500 Christmas Donation on behalf of their customers and community members to the Family Service Society of Paducah, KY.
“This Christmas season, we are giving back to those who generously serve and make a difference in our community,” stated Ike Nichols, FNB McCracken County Market President. “2020 has been especially difficult for many families in Western KY. We believe in Family Service Society’s mission and hope this donation will make a positive impact for those in need this Christmas.”
Family Service Society helps residents of Paducah and McCracken County that are in need by assisting with basic needs such as food, clothing, prescription medications, emergency dental, utility assistance, personal hygiene items, household goods and Christmas food assistance. During the month of December, FNB Bank made a $500 Christmas donation on behalf of their customers and community members to Genesis Express in Cadiz, KY.

Genesis Express provides programs to help community members lead valuable, productive, healthy and happy lives. The programs offered help form partnerships with different organizations and groups throughout the community and foster a commitment to the youth, elderly and needy. FNB Makes $2,000 Donation to Haunted Graves Campaign
FNB recently made a $2,000 donation to the Mayfield-Graves County Tourism Commission’s fundraising campaign for “Haunted Graves” in 2021. Money raised in 2020 will allow Tourism the means to purchase fall décor, lights, and more, in efforts to be prepared for next October. The intent behind the “Haunted Graves” campaign is to showcase the many exciting fall attractions that Mayfield-Graves County has to offer, all while attracting new visitors to the community.
“If you’re from Mayfield-Graves County, you already know of all the many exciting fall attractions that we have available in our community,” stated Brooke Wiles, FNB Marketing Director. “We support tourism’s campaign in attracting new visitors to the area. Everyone in the community will benefit from Tourism’s efforts, from gas stations, to restaurants, hotels and more.”
