FNB Announces Second Annual Glowing Graves Halloween Parade

FNB Bank is excited to announce the second annual Glowing Graves Halloween Parade will take place in Mayfield on Saturday, October 15th at 6:30 PM.  The parade is sponsored by FNB Bank and the Mayfield Rotary Club.

“Last year we were blown away by the number of parade entries and the number of out-of-town guests we had visiting for the first Glowing Graves Parade,” stated Brooke Wiles, FNB Marketing Director.  “Little did we know a tornado would soon destroy most of our town and parade route a couple of months after.  Our community deserves normalcy and a fun night for the whole family and that is exactly what we intend to give them this year.”

Registration to participate in the Glowing Graves Halloween Parade is now underway. Businesses, non-profits, civic groups, student groups, church groups, local farms and more are encouraged to participate and throw out candy, glow sticks, and other family-friendly giveaways to community members.  The Registration Form can be submitted online at: https://growwithfnb.com/glowing_graves_signup/.  The deadline to submit your completed Registration Form is Friday, September 30th, 2022.

For parade questions, please contact Brooke Wiles, FNB Marketing Director, at 270-247-1758 or by email at brooke.wiles@growwithfnb.com or Jennifer Beck Walker, Mayfield-Graves Tourism Commission Executive Director at 270-247-6106 or by email at info@visitmayfieldgraves.org.

The Glowing Graves Halloween Parade is part of a larger initiative that was introduced in Graves County last year called Haunted Graves.  The Haunted Graves endeavor will feature various Halloween and Fall-themed events in Mayfield and Graves County throughout the month of October.

FNB Bank is proud to announce that they have donated $10,000 back to Trigg County Schools through their 1st quarter 2022 Spirit Debit Card Reward Program. To commemorate the occasion, FNB will be hosting a $300K Spirit Debit Card Celebration at its Cadiz Main Office on Friday, May 27th from 11 AM to 1 PM. Snowie Brothers Snow Cones and Poptown Popsicles will be set up during this time offering free frozen treats. A check presentation will also take place at 11:00 AM with Trigg County School Systems and the Chamber of Commerce.

“FNB is thrilled to have surpassed over $300,000 in donations to Trigg County Schools and we’re excited to honor the occasion with the community who made this possible,” stated Kyle Hensley, FNB’s Trigg County Market President. “We especially want to thank all of our customers who support the Spirit Debit Card Program by using their card to make everyday purchases. Our company is passionate about giving back to the community and what better way to invest than in our local schools.”

The FNB Spirit Debit Card Rewards Program allows FNB and their customers the opportunity to give back to their local schools when they use their FNB debit card.  FNB currently offers Spirit Debit Cards for Mayfield, Graves County and Trigg County Schools.  The Spirit Card works like a traditional debit card and for each signature-based transaction (not using your PIN), FNB donates $0.10 to the corresponding school.  The tracking process is hassle free for the card holder, as FNB does all the tracking and submits the check to each school on a quarterly basis.  The donated funds are utilized at the school’s discretion.
