Through partnership with the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati, FNB Bank is participating in the Welcome Home Grant Program. This program offers closing cost and down payment assistance for eligible home buyers. For complete details, limits, requirements, and guidelines please contact any of our mortgage loan officers.
This program guidelines include:
- Up to $20,000 grant for down payment and closing cost for qualified buyers
- Buyers must contribute $500 toward the purchase from their own funds
- Property must be used as primary residence
- Buyer does not have to be a first time home buyer to be eligible
- Income limits apply
