Through partnership with the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati, FNB Bank is participating in the Welcome Home Grant Program. This program guidelines include:

• Up to $10,000 grant for down payment and closing cost
• Up to $15,000 grant for down payment and closing cost for qualified Veterans/Active Duty Military
• Buyers must contribute $500 toward the purchase from their own funds
• Property must be used as primary residence
• Buyer does not have to be a first time home buyer to be eligible
• Income limits apply
