A.) Eligibility and Registration Overview:

FNB Bank, Inc. is offering an opportunity for ten individuals to win prizes as outlined below.

FNB’s 150^th Birthday Giveaways is an opportunity for individuals 18 years of age and older (at the time of registration) and a U.S. resident of the 50 United States (including DC). FNB employees and immediate family members (spouse and children) may participate in the promotion but are not eligible to win the prize. FNB will host a celebratory cookout in each of its five markets (Marshall Co. – 4/18; Graves Co. – 5/19; Trigg Co. – 6/13; Calloway Co. – 8/15; McCracken Co. – 9/12) (dates subject to change due to weather) during 2025. On each cookout date, two giveaways will take place – one on FNB’s Facebook page (www.facebook.com/growwithfnb) and one in-branch at the designated cookout location.

Facebook Giveaway: To register in the Facebook giveaway, entrants should comment on the daily contest post on FNB Bank’s Facebook page (www.facebook.com/growwithfnb) with a birthday message for FNB. It is the individual’s discretion as to what information/text they want to include in their entry. On each day of giveaways, all entries will be exported and verified that there are no duplicates. Each entry will be assigned a number, and a random number will be selected via the Random Number Generator at random.org. The number will then be matched back to the corresponding entry. If a duplicate entry is found, only one entry will be eligible for the promotion prize. By entering the contest, the entrants agree to all contest rules and regulations. Upon entry, participants release Facebook of any liability for this promotion.

In-Branch Giveaways: To register in the in-branch giveaway, participants will fill out an entry slip in-branch at the designated cookout location. No purchase is necessary to win and one entry per person per day in each contest is allowed for registration purposes. No FNB banking relationship is required to enter. For the in-branch giveaways, the deadline to enter into the prize drawing will be 2:00 PM and the winner will be drawn and notified at that time.

B.) Alternate Form of Registration:

An alternate form of registration is available at all FNB Bank, Inc. branch locations for the Facebook giveaways. The alternate form of registration consists of a sheet of paper that the individual must complete that asks for their name, phone number, and e-mail address. Once the individual has completed the registration form, they can give it to an FNB employee, and it will be forwarded to the Marketing Department to be entered into the promotion.

3.) Promotion Entry Period:

Facebook Giveaway: The promotion period will be on five dates: Friday, April 18^th; Friday, May 9^th; Friday, June 13^th; Friday, August 15^th; and Friday, September 12th from 8:30 am – 2:00 PM CST on each date. No entries will be accepted before or after the promotional period. The winner will be randomly selected after 2:00 PM CST and posted on FNB’s Facebook Page. If the winner entered the contest via FNB’s Facebook Page, we will post their name on our page. If the winner entered the contest via FNB’s Alternate Registration Form, we will initially contact the winner per the contact information listed on their form. After the winner has been posted/notified, it is the winner’s responsibility to contact FNB to arrange prize pick-up and photo opportunity at one of our FNB Banking Centers. The winner can make arrangements to pick-up their prize by e-mailing the Marketing Department at events@growwithfnb.com, sending a Facebook message, or calling (270) 247-1758. The winners will have through the end of the following month to retrieve their prize.

In-Branch Giveaways: The promotion period will be on five dates: Friday, April 18^th; Friday, May 9^th; Friday, June 13^th; Friday, August 15^th; and Friday, September 12th from 8:30 am – 2:00 PM CST on each date. No entries will be accepted before or after the promotional period. The winner will be drawn at random after 2:00 PM CST and contacted via the phone number on their entry slip. After the winner has been posted/notified, it is the winner’s responsibility to contact FNB to arrange prize pick-up and photo opportunity at one of our FNB Banking Centers. The winner can make arrangements to pick-up their prize by e-mailing the Marketing Department at events@growwithfnb.com, sending a Facebook message, or calling (270) 247-1758. The winners will have through the end of the following month to retrieve their prize.

4.) Prize Details:

FNB’s 150^th Birthday Giveaways consists of ten $150 cash prizes. On each cookout date (Friday, April 18^th; Friday, May 9^th; Friday, June 13^th; Friday, August 15^th; and Friday, September 12^th) one winner will be selected from the corresponding Facebook giveaway to win $150 and one winner will be selected from the in-branch giveaway to win $150.

Chances of winning depend upon the number of entries received by registrants within the promotional period.
