Lizzie Garza named Commercial Loan Assistant for FNBJuly 25, 2018 (Mayfield, KY) FNB Bank is proud to announce that Lizzie Garza was recently named Commerical Loan Assistant. Garza has six years of banking experience and previously served as Lead Teller and Vault Teller for FNB.

Lizzie is a graduate of West Kentucky Community and Technology College with an Associate’s degree in Arts and certificate in General Business. Lizzie regularly volunteers with Soup for the Soul in Murray, KY and various other organizations. Lizzie resides in Murray with her husband, Nic and their two children: Carter and Grayson.

Brett Watson Named Commercial Loan Operations Specialist at FNB Bank

Brett Watson Named Commercial Loan Operations Specialist July 19, 2018 (Mayfield, KY) FNB Bank is proud to announce that Brett Watson was recently named Commercial Loan Operations Specialist. Watson has 15 years of banking experience having previously served as a Teller, Customer Service Representative, Branch Manager and Commercial Loan Assistant. In her new position Brett will use her experience and expertise to help improve workflow and efficiency within the company, specifically related to loan activity.

Brett is a 2001 graduate of Marshall County High School and attended Murray State University. She currently serves as Board Treasurer for United Way of Paducah-McCracken County and is a member of the Site-Based Decision-Making Committee for Reidland Intermediate School. She also volunteers with United Way’s Reading PAL program. Brett was a member of the Leadership Paducah Class #29 and currently serves on the Leadership Paducah Foundation Board. Brett currently resides in Reidland with her husband, Erik and their two children: Cameron and Peyton.

FNB’s Recent Officer Promotions

July 12, 2018 (Mayfield, KY) FNB Bank is pleased to announce the recent selection and promotion of officers at the Annual Meeting of the Board at the Main Office in Mayfield, Kentucky, on June 20th. During the meeting the Board of Directors promoted Paul Scott to Executive Vice President, Crystal Balentine to Senior Vice President, Brooke Wiles to Vice President and Clint Roberts to Security Officer.

Paul Scott Officer PromotionPaul Scott from Murray, KY, has been with FNB Bank for 16 years, serving as Chief Financial Officer since 2004.  He is a graduate of Murray State University with Bachelor and Master degrees in Business Administration.  Paul is also a graduate from the Graduate School of Banking from Madison, WI and the Murray-Calloway County Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Program.  He and his wife, Heather (Glisson) Scott reside in Murray with their son, Ethan.

Crystal BalentineCrystal (McClure) Balentine from Clinton, KY, has over 20 years of banking experience and serves as Human Resources Officer since 2006. Crystal obtained her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification in 2012. She is a graduate from the KBA General Banking School, Graduate School of Banking from Madison, WI and Leadership Paducah. Crystal currently is the President of the Leadership Paducah Alumni Association, member of the Paducah Lions Club, founding officer and member of the Paducah Young Professionals and Committee Member for the McCracken County Youth Services. She also serves on the Banker Advisory Board for the Graduate School of Banking in Madison, WI. Crystal resides in Paducah, KY with her husband, Steve Balentine and daughters, Olivia and Ava Townsend.

Brooke WilesBrooke (Harris) Wiles from Mayfield, KY, has been with the bank since 2008 and serves as the Director of Marketing and CRA Officer. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication and Master’s Degree in Mass Communications from Murray State University and is also a graduate of the Mayfield-Graves County Chamber Leadership Program. Brooke currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Icehouse Art Gallery, Gourd Festival Planning Board, Mayfield/Graves Co. Area Technology Center Advisory Committee, Chamber Ambassador with the Mayfield-Graves County Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Chamber’s Young Professionals group. She also volunteers with the Mayfield Middle School Mentoring Program and CARDS After Hours Program. Brooke and her husband, Tyler Wiles reside in Mayfield with their son, Ty.

Clint RobertsClint Roberts from Paducah, KY, has been with the bank since 2014 and has previously served as a Teller and Customer Service Representative. He is currently serving as the bank’s Security Officer and Audit Clerk at the Mayfield Main Office. Clint earned his Associates degree in Science form WKCTC and has attended Murray State University.

FNB + Mayfield Creek Market Fundraising Lunch

FNB is teaming up with Mayfield Creek Market for a Fundraising Lunch on Wednesday, July 18th. The proceeds from the lunch will benefit the Feeding America Backpack Program for Mayfield and Graves County Schools and Graves County Child Advocacy. For a $10 donation you can choose one of Mayfield Creek Market’s sandwiches- turkey and cheese, ham and cheese or chicken salad (no grapes or pecans). All sandwiches are served on homemade sourdough bread and will be served with a side pickle, chips and a cookie.

The pre-order deadline is Friday, July 13th at noon. To place an order please do one of the following:

FNB Elects New Board Member

FNB Elects James "Jay" Brien as New Board MemberJune 28, 2018 (Mayfield, KY) FNB Bank is proud to announce the recent appointment of Dr. James “Jay” Brien as its newest board member. During the Annual Meeting held on June 20th at the Main Office in Mayfield, Kentucky, Brien was elected to serve on the board.  “We are fortunate to have Jay join our Board and look forward to his vision and insight as we plan for the future” says Marty Nichols, President and CEO of FNB Bank.

Brien is a graduate of Murray State University and attended medical school at the University of Louisville School of Medicine. He completed his residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas and his fellowship at Texas Heart Institute. Brien and his wife, Dr. Jennifer W. Brien, have one daughter, Kara Rose.

Jordan is a 2014 graduate of the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Economics and a minor in Business. He is currently involved with the Graves County Young Farmers and attends Seven Oaks Church of Christ. He resides in Mayfield with his wife, Shelby, and their daughter, Anna Grace.

Scarlett Hamilton Joins FNB Bank as Customer Support Manager

Scarlett Hamilton Joins FNBJune 1, 2018 (Mayfield, KY) FNB Bank is proud to announce that Scarlett Hamilton has joined FNB Bank as Customer Support Manager. In this new position, Scarlett will primarily be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of FNB’s new Customer Contact Center.

“I am excited to be working at FNB Bank and starting the Customer Support Department. The customers have been great to work with and I am thrilled to now offer this service to them with extended hours,” stated Scarlett.

Scarlett has worked in banking for seven years having previously served in roles including Customer Care Manager and Customer Call Center Supervisor II. Hamilton is a 2011 graduate of Mid-Continent University with an Associate’s degree in business. She currently resides in South Fulton, TN with her husband, Eric, and their two children, Rebecca and Hunter.
