Loan Discounts

Graves County School System employees are entitled to a 50% discount on standard FNB Bank consumer loan documentation fees. Employees will also receive a preferred loan rate equal to a 0.25% discount off standard consumer rates. The employee may also take advantage of an additional 0.25% discount off standard consumer rates (non-real estate secured) if they opt to have their payment auto deducted from an FNB checking account.

  • Secondary market fixed rate mortgage loans are not eligible

  • Products subject to rate floors may not receive full rate discount

  • Applicants subject to standard underwriting guidelines

  • For new extensions of credit only

  • Must provide proof of current employment with Graves County School System
