FNB Ranks In Top Five Best Places To Work In Kentucky in 2022
FNB Bank was recognized as the top five company in the small business division in Kentucky at the 18th annual Best Places to Work in Kentucky awards ceremony. The announcement comes from the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management (KYSHRM) and ClearPath Mutual Insurance Company, who released the winner rankings at an awards dinner on June 9, 2022.
The selection process, managed by Best Companies Group, is based on an assessment of the company’s employee policies and procedures and the results of an internal employee survey. The competition is a multi-year initiative designed to motivate companies in the Commonwealth to focus, measure and move their workplace environments toward excellence.
