Terry Bradley Joins FNB Bank as Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer
FNB Bank (FNB) is proud to announce that Terry Bradley has joined FNB as Senior Vice President/Chief Operating Officer. With more than 40 years of experience in the banking industry, Terry has built a well-rounded career serving in various roles across both regional and community institutions. His leadership reflects a deep understanding of bank operations and a commitment to people-first service. In his role as Chief Operating Officer, Terry will be responsible for overseeing the bank’s daily operations and leading strategic initiatives.

Terry’s professional banking career began in 1984. Over the course of his extensive tenure in the industry, he has held various titles across a wide range of areas, including retail banking, investments, accounting, trust services, finance, deposit operations, client experience, deposit strategy, and treasury management. Terry earned the prestigious Certified Treasury Professional designation in 2008. He is currently involved with Paducah Day Nursery & Learning Center, Sprocket, and the Mayfield Downtown Farmers Market. Terry resides in the Mayfield-Graves County area with his wife, Stephanie.
