FNB Makes $1,000 Christmas Donation to Two Charities in Paducah-McCracken County
During the month of December, FNB Bank made a $1,000 Christmas donation to two worthy charities on behalf of their customers and community members. Both Paducah Child Watch and Community Ministries, Inc. received $500 donations to assist with daily necessities and expenses.
“This Christmas season, we are giving back to those who generously serve and make a difference in our community,” stated Ike Nichols, FNB’s McCracken County Market President. “We believe in the missions of both of these great organizations and are confident that these donations will make a positive impact for those in need this Christmas.”
Child Watch Counseling and Advocacy Center seeks to provide children and families in Western Kentucky with education, advocacy and treatment that prevents child abuse, encourages family stability, promotes healthy relationships, enhances physical wellbeing, and cultivates safe, nurturing communities. Community Ministries Inc. operates the Community Kitchen of Paducah. The Community Kitchen is a Christ-centered, non-profit organization, supported by volunteers and the generous donations of individuals, families, churches, businesses, and charitable foundations. The Community Kitchen ensures that food is available to those who are hungry, regardless of what their status may be, by providing free lunches Monday through Friday from 11 AM to 1 PM.
