We are happy to report that the Safe Deposit Boxes at our Mayfield Main Office are all safe and secure. Beginning Monday, December 20th, FNB customers who had a safety deposit box located at our Mayfield Main Office will be able to access their box at our new temporary site located at 100 WK&T Technology Dr, Building 300, Mayfield, KY 42066. An appointment is REQUIRED to access your box. To schedule an appointment, please give us a call at 270-247-1758.
All customer records and files are stored electronically and no customer data loss occurred during the tornado.
All banking services have remained 100% functional during this disaster. Online banking, mobile banking, online account opening and debit card usage have remained unaffected.
All automatic and bill payment services were unaffected. Payments will still send as previously scheduled.

FNB is proud to announce the addition of a temporary mobile unit office in Mayfield. FNB’s new mobile unit office will be located at 201 North 8th Street (former site of FNB Operations Center) and will temporarily operate through the rebuilding phase of FNB’s Mayfield Main Office. The mobile unit will offer the same services as a standard FNB branch including the ability to process teller transactions, open deposit accounts, and lending services. The unit will also include one drive-through lane for added customer convenience as well as a night depository. ATM services will still be located at our Mayfield South office at 310 Charles Drive.
The opening of FNB’s Mayfield Mobile Unit is set for Thursday, December 1st. The Mayfield-Graves County Chamber of Commerce will host a ribbon cutting on Tuesday, December 6th at 11 AM. More details will be announced when available.
FNB is happy to announce the addition of a new walk-up ATM at the WK&T Technology Park, located at 100 WK&T Technology Drive, Building 300 (near the gazebo between WK&T and FNB’s administrative office buildings). The ATM is a cash disbursing only machine and FNB customers will not incur any transaction charges to use the machine with their FNB debit cards.
“With the recent influx of new tenants at the WK&T Technology Park following the December 10th tornado, and with the addition of Carr’s Café, we wanted to fulfill a need for our customers and community,” stated Sally Hopkins, FNB President & CEO. “We are happy that WK&T proposed the idea to offer the ATM to their growing campus and we hope it will provide an added convenience to those who work and live in Northern Graves County.”
SBA Opens Business Recovery Center in Graves County, Kentucky; Disaster Declaration for Severe Storms, Straight-line Winds, Flooding and Tornadoes
The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) announced today the opening of a new Business Recovery Center (BRC) in Graves County on Wednesday, March 30 to provide Kentucky businesses impacted by the severe storms, straight-line winds, flooding, and tornadoes on Dec. 10-11, 2021 with one-on-one assistance in submitting a disaster loan application. The location of the new SBA Business Recovery Center is at Trace Creek Baptist Church, located at 3577 State Route 131 in Mayfield, KY. It will open on Wednesday, March 30th and hours will be Monday – Saturday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. The office will permanently close on April 30th.
The disaster declaration covers Barren, Caldwell, Christian, Fulton, Graves, Hart, Hickman, Hopkins, Logan, Lyon, Marion, Marshall, Muhlenberg, Ohio, Taylor, and Warren counties in Kentucky, which are eligible for both Physical and Economic Injury Disaster Loans from the SBA.
Small businesses and most private nonprofit organizations in the following adjacent counties are eligible to apply only for SBA Economic Injury Disaster Loans: Adair, Allen, Boyle, Breckinridge, Butler, Calloway, Carlisle, Casey, Crittenden, Daviess, Edmonson, Grayson, Green, Hancock, Hardin, Larue, Livingston, McCracken, McLean, Metcalfe, Monroe, Nelson, Simpson, Todd, Trigg, Washington and Webster in Kentucky; Mississippi and New Madrid in Missouri; and Henry, Lake, Montgomery, Obion, Robertson, Stewart and Weakley in Tennessee.
Customer Service Representatives will be available as indicated above at the BRCs to answer questions about the disaster loan program and assist business owners in completing their applications. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the SBA has established protocols to help protect the health and safety of the public. All visitors to the BRCs are encouraged to wear a face mask. Businesses and private nonprofit organizations of any size may borrow up to $2 million to repair or replace disaster-damaged or destroyed real estate, machinery and equipment, inventory, and other business assets. Applicants may be eligible for a loan amount increase up to 20 percent of their physical damages, as verified by the SBA, for mitigation purposes. Eligible mitigation improvements may include a safe room or storm shelter, sump pump, elevation, retaining walls, and landscaping to help protect property and occupants from future damage caused by a similar disaster.
For small businesses, small agricultural cooperatives, small businesses engaged in aquaculture and most private nonprofit organizations, the SBA offers Economic Injury Disaster Loans to help meet working capital needs caused by the disaster. Economic Injury Disaster Loan assistance is available regardless of whether the business suffered any physical property damage.
Disaster loans up to $200,000 are available to homeowners to repair or replace disaster-damaged or destroyed real estate. Homeowners and renters are eligible for up to $40,000 to repair or replace disaster-damaged or destroyed personal property.
Interest rates are as low as 2.83 percent for businesses, 1.875 percent for nonprofit organizations and 1.438 percent for homeowners and renters, with terms up to 30 years. Loan amounts and terms are set by the SBA and are based on each applicant’s financial condition.
Applicants may apply online using the Electronic Loan Application (ELA) via SBA’s secure website at https://disasterloanassistance.sba.gov/ela/s/, and should apply under SBA declaration # 17286.
Disaster loan information and application forms may also be obtained by calling the SBA’s Customer Service Center at 800-659-2955 (for people who are deaf, hard of hearing, or have a speech disability, please dial 7-1-1 to access telecommunications relay services), or by sending an email to DisasterCustomerService@sba.gov. Loan applications can be downloaded from the SBA’s website at sba.gov/disaster. Completed applications should be mailed to: U.S. Small Business Administration, Processing and Disbursement Center, 14925 Kingsport Road, Fort Worth, TX 76155. The physical loan application deadline expired on March 14, 2022. The deadline to return economic injury applications is Sept. 12, 2022.

FNB Bank has joined forces to support Homes and Hope for Kentucky Inc. (HHK) with a $10,000 donation to help go toward rebuilding homes for tornado victims in Mayfield-Graves County. HHK, operating under the non-profit Mayfield Rotary Foundation, has set a goal to build new homes for 100 Mayfield residents who lost everything from an historic category F4 tornado that decimated the city on December 10th, 2021.
HHK is partnering with Mennonite Disaster Service, a faith-based initiative headquartered in Pennsylvania that has been repairing and rebuilding homes in disaster zones for more than 70 years. All labor has been donated by Mennonite Disaster Service, but tax-deductible donations are still needed to reach the goal of 100 new homes for families in need. It costs approximately $80,000 to build each home and there are currently 25-30 families working on applications for a new home, with five of those recently receiving approval. On January 28th, HHK will have a groundbreaking for the first new home being built in Mayfield through the program. In addition, FNB and other Federal Home Loan member banks will be processing the loans for the new homes.

You can now make online donations to FNB’s Tornado Recovery Fund. All funds collected will go straight to non-profit organizations serving tornado victims in our community.
Kentucky REALTORS® is proud to be working with the REALTOR® Relief Fund at the National Association of REALTORS® to make $1.5 million in Disaster Relief Assistance available to residents of Kentucky that were affected by the storms/tornadoes in December 2021.
Please fill out the relief application form and return it (along with the requested documents) to Kentucky REALTORS® (firstname.lastname@example.org) to be considered for assistance. The recipient must be a full-time KY resident and U.S. citizen or legally admitted for residence in the United States.
Assistance is available to qualified applicants towards one of the following options:
1) Monthly mortgage expense for the primary residence that was damaged by the Disaster or;
2) Rental cost due to displacement from the primary residence resulting from the Disaster.

We understand that hardships have occurred due to the tornado that destroyed properties and lives in our area. We appreciate your business and want to be there for you during this time. Therefore, we are offering a Tornado Disaster Relief Program for our FNB Bank and FNB Indirect loan customers.
If you have a home mortgage, personal loan, small business loan, or a loan through FNB Indirect, we are offering a loan assistance program beginning December 22, 2021 until further notice.
