USE TEXT MESSAGING (SMS) TO PREVENT A MONEY SOS.

You depend on text messaging (SMS) to help you keep tabs on what’s going on. Why not use texting to be sure where your money is and what it’s doing? With simple SMS commands, you can quickly check balances, review recent transactions, and access account information right from your phone.

In addition to on-demand Text Banking, you can also enroll in Text Alerts to receive automatic notifications about your account activity. Together, these services provide a fast, secure, and convenient way to monitor your finances—all through text messaging.

TEXT BANKING

Instructions for Text Banking (SMS) Enrollment:

Contact our Customer Support Center at 888-934-2536 to have text banking services enabled
Once enabled, login to your Online Banking or Mobile Banking App and select “Manage Profile”
Select “Phone”, then the phone number you want text messages delivered to
Under “Additional Device Settings” toggle “SMS Text Alerts” to ‘On’
Select “SMS Text Banking” and set your default account by selecting the account of your choice and then selecting “Set as Default Account”
Get started with text banking by texting a command to 662265

Text Command Options – Text to 662265
BAL (returns balance for default account)
BAL ALL (returns balance for all accounts)
BAL <alias> (returns balance for specific account)
ACT (returns last 5 transactions)
ACT <alias> (returns last five transactions for specific account)
CMD (returns list of valid commands)
HELP (returns general help information)
STOP (terminates all SMS services)

TEXT ALERTS

In addition to Text Banking, FNB offers convenient Text Alerts to help you stay connected to your account activity. With Text Alerts, you can receive automatic notifications sent directly to your phone. Customize your alerts to match your preferences and stay connected to your account activity in the way that works best for you.

Set up text alerts through your Online Banking or Mobile Banking App. From the Menu, select “Documents & Settings” and then “Manage Alerts”.

Eligible account(s) would include but not be limited to any consumer checking and savings accounts. Other accounts may be eligible. Please ask a Customer Service Representative if your account(s) qualify. Customers are responsible for any fees incurred from your mobile carrier. Please check with your mobile carrier regarding internet services and text messaging fees that may apply to your mobile plan.
