For 149 years, FNB has taken pride in being locally owned, locally operated and committed to the communities we serve. FNB has developed a rich tradition in banking wherein it remains as the 7th oldest bank in the state of Kentucky. As of today, FNB operates ten offices located in five counties in Western Kentucky. Currently, the Board of Directors consists of Marty Nichols, Dr. Charles Shields, Kenny Hunt, Tony Goodman, Ben Cundiff, Dr. Jim Woods, Howard Cochran, Michael Vitale, Dr. Jay Brien, Alana Baker-Dunn and Sally Hopkins.

FNB Relocates Paducah Banking Center to Midtown

fnb-midtown-office-exterior-pictureIn June 2020, FNB Bank relocated its downtown Paducah office, located at 630 Jefferson Street to 130 Lone Oak Road, Suite 101. FNB’s new Midtown office is located across from the historic Coke Plant in the new LaBelle Plaza and offers an added level of convenience for customers. The new banking facility is FNB’s second concept branch, modeled after the bank’s Murray South office. The branch offers new modern aesthetics and banking amenities, such as a self-serve kiosk and image deposit-taking ATM. All the while, the new office still offers traditional banking services and delivery channels to appeal to all customers bases.

New Murray South Banking Center

FNB's new Murray South banking centerIn October 2018, FNB Bank announced its purchase of a recently vacated building, located at 611 South 12th Street in Murray, KY. FNB planned to renovate the building and use it as a second office location in Murray.

In October 2019, renovations were finalized and FNB’s Murray South Office was open for business. The location provided easier accessibility to customers living in southern Murray – Calloway County. Murray South is FNB’s first concept branch that offers a more modern, sleek design. With these concept branches, FNB also launched Universal Banker positions that allow an employee to do everything from assisting with teller transactions and opening accounts to taking consumer loan applications.

New Operations Center

FNB Operations Center Opens in 2018In September 2017, FNB Bank announced its purchase of the Mayfield Messenger building, located at 201 N. Eighth Street. FNB planned to renovate the building that the Messenger had called home since 1979 and use it for a new Operations Center.

In February 2018, renovations were completed on the new Operations Center. Operations and Customer Support Center staff relocated from their current location at FNB’s Mayfield Main Office to the new facility at the end of February 2018.

FNB’S 140th BIRTHDAY

img_9565On Saturday, May 9th, 2015, FNB held a community wide celebration in honor of its 140th Birthday.  The 140th Birthday Block Party was held at the Mayfield Main Office, located at 101 East Broadway.  The event was for all ages and offered a variety of giveaways and door prizes, in addition to inflatables, a petting zoo, snow cone stand, BBQ and more.

NEW MAYFIELD SOUTH BANKING CENTER

Mayfield SouthOn August 22, 2011, the new Mayfield South Banking Center relocated from 408 East Broadway (previous Integra Bank location) to its new home at 310 Charles Drive in Mayfield.  The banking center provided easier accessibility to customers living in southern Mayfield-Graves County.

RECENT INTEGRA BANK ACQUISITION

img_1484On April 28, 2010, FNB announced the purchase of the Mayfield and Cadiz, Kentucky locations of Integra Bank. On Monday, September 27, 2010, Integra Bank’s offices in Mayfield, located at 408 East Broadway and in Cadiz, located at 2558 Main Street and 1197 Canton Road opened their doors as FNB Bank, Inc.

Soon after the FNB and Integra Bank conversion concluded, FNB broke ground on a new Mayfield South office, located at 310 Charles Drive next to its existing 24-Hour Drive-up ATM.

MAYFIELD MAIN OFFICE

old-main-office-demolitionOne year after breaking ground, during May of 2009, the employees of the Mayfield Main office moved into the new beautiful building located at 101 East Broadway. The banking facility allowed for all operations, administrative and retail employees to be housed under one roof, which improved communication and accessibility for both customers and employees. Shortly after the Grand Opening of the new facility, the original building that was built in 1937 was demolished.
