FNB Awarded Designation of Savings Excellence by National Savings Program
In April 2021, FNB earned the annual America Saves Designation of Savings Excellence award. This honor is reserved for financial institutions who displayed exceptional achievement during America Saves Week activities. FNB is one of only 6 banks and 6 credit unions honored with this distinction. Collectively, these financial institutions encouraged over 92,000 individuals to deposit $157,557,265 into new and existing savings accounts during America Saves Week 2021.
America Saves is a campaign managed by the nonprofit Consumer Federation of America that uses the principles of behavioral economics and social marketing to motivate, encourage, and support low- to moderate-income households to save money, reduce debt, and build wealth. America Saves encourages individuals and families to take the America Saves pledge and organizations to promote savings year-round and during America Saves Week.
In June 2021, FNB was named the 12th Best Place to Work in Kentucky in the Small Business Category. The announcement comes from the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management (KYSHRM) and ClearPath Mutual Insurance Company, who released the complete list of the 17th Annual Best Places to Work in Kentucky Award Winners. The selection process, managed by Best Companies Group, is based on an assessment of the company’s employee policies and procedures and the results of an internal employee survey.
In June 2020, FNB Bank relocated its downtown Paducah office, located at 630 Jefferson Street to 130 Lone Oak Road, Suite 101. FNB’s new Midtown office is located across from the historic Coke Plant in the new
In October 2018, FNB Bank announced its purchase of a recently vacated building, located at 611 South 12th Street in Murray, KY. FNB planned to renovate the building and use it as a second office location in Murray.
In September 2017, FNB Bank announced its purchase of the Mayfield Messenger building, located at 201 N. Eighth Street. FNB planned to renovate the building that the Messenger had called home since 1979 and use it for a new Operations Center.
On Saturday, May 9th, 2015, FNB held a community wide celebration in honor of its 140th Birthday. The 140th Birthday Block Party was held at the Mayfield Main Office, located at 101 East Broadway. The event was for all ages and offered a variety of giveaways and door prizes, in addition to inflatables, a petting zoo, snow cone stand, BBQ and more.
In the fall of 2012, FNB began constructing its new full-service Murray-Calloway Banking Center at 1445 Lowes Drive, which opened to the community in August of 2013.
On August 22, 2011, the new Mayfield South Banking Center relocated from 408 East Broadway (previous Integra Bank location) to its new home at 310 Charles Drive in Mayfield. The banking center provided easier accessibility to customers living in southern Mayfield-Graves County.
