What You Need to Know About Our Digital Upgrade

We’re excited to help you.

GETTING STARTED

On November 18, 2025, FNB will be launching our new and improved Digital Banking experience. This upgraded platform will offer the same reliable features you’ve come to depend on, along with powerful new tools designed to make managing your money easier and more convenient than ever. Below, you’ll find details about what will stay the same, what actions (if any) you’ll need to take during the transition, extended call center hours for support, and answers to frequently asked questions about the digital conversion.

NO ACTION NEEDED DURING TRANSITION

  • Your Online & Mobile Banking username does not have to change.
  • Your transaction history will remain.
  • Scheduled transfers between FNB accounts will carry over without interruption.
  • All your existing Bill Pay payments will remain.
  • FNB P2P information will transfer automatically to the new digital platform.

FURTHER ACTION NEEDED DURING TRANSITION

First Time Login

Standard Online Banking Users
You will use your existing username. Your password will be your username + the last four digits of your social security number (ex. jdoe6789) OR your username + the last four digits of your tax ID number (ex. mystore1234). From there, you will reset your password for future use.

Business Online Banking Users
You will use your existing username. Your password will be your username + the last four digits of your tax ID number (ex. mystore1234). From there, you will reset your password for future use.

Apple App Users

You will simply conduct an app update on or after 11/18/25, if you do not use the automatic update feature on your phone

Google App Users

You will need to delete your current FNB Mobile Banking App and re-download our new app on or after 11/18/25.

External Loan Payments

Beginning 11/18/25, loan payments from non-FNB institutions will require verification. Please review your scheduled transfers ahead of their due date to ensure they process smoothly.

3rd Party Integrations

Third-party tools (Ex: Rocket Money, Mint, Venmo, PayPal, Cash App) will not be available starting 11/18/25; service is expected to resume within 2 weeks.

Business Online Banking Templates

ACH transfer templates within our current Business Online Banking platform will transfer to the new system; however, any recurring ACH transfer templates will need to have their schedules re-established.

Is your website changing?

Our website GrowWithFNB.com is not changing. We are only changing our digital banking service provider that will impact customers that use our online and mobile banking services.

Will my app still work?

Apple Users – You will simply conduct an app update on or after 11/18/25, if you do not use the automatic update feature on your phone.

Google Play Users – You will need to delete your current FNB Mobile Banking App and re-download our new app on or after 11/18/25.

Will my username/password change?

I don’t know my password because I use face ID, thumbprint ID. Should I change my password now?

You will create a new password the first time you login so it is not necessary to change your password at this time.

Will face ID/thumbprint ID work on the new app?

Yes, the new app supports Face ID and Thumbprint ID. You’ll just need to enable it once you log in for the first time.

Will my transaction history, statement history, bill pay history, etc, still be available? How far back can I go?

Yes, your history will still be available in the new system. You’ll be able to access up to 24 months of transaction history, statements, and bill pay records.

Will my old check images be available?

Yes! Your previous check images will still be available for you to view in the new system.

I use Money Management. How can I save the information I currently have?

You can easily save your information by downloading your transactions as a CSV file.

Can I turn my card off and on in the new app?

Yes! The new app will still let you turn your card on or off whenever you need to.

I use online/mobile banking to pay my FNB loan from an account at another bank. Will I have to set this up in the new app, or will it be moved over?

External accounts will not transfer to the new app, so you’ll need to set them up again yourself.

I have recurring payments set up. Will I have to set those back up?

Do I have to download 2 apps if I have personal and business accounts at your bank?

No—you can now access both your personal and business accounts in a single app.

Why are you changing your online banking provider?

We’re excited to bring you a new online banking experience! Our upgraded platform offers even more features and tools to make managing your finances faster, easier, and more convenient.

What features do you currently offer that will change or no longer be offered?

Great news—none of the features you currently use will change or be removed. Every feature that you enjoy today will still be available in the new app.

What new features will you offer with the new provider?

The new app will bring exciting features like extended transaction history, enhanced card controls, and more ways to make payments—giving you greater flexibility and control over your finances.

How soon can I download the new app and/or login?

If you are an Apple user, your app will be updated on November 18th (if you do not use the automatic update feature on your phone, you will have to conduct the update on or after November 18). If you are an Android user, you will need to visit the play store on November 18 and re-download our new app.

In Business Online Banking, what will happen to my recurring ACH transfer templates?

Your ACH transfer templates will transfer to the new system; however, any recurring ACH transfer templates will need to have their schedules re-established.

Will I still be able to instantly access my credit score and report?
Yes. Although the current credit score feature will not carry over during the transition, we will be introducing a new tool that offers a similar experience with instant access to your score, report, and other valuable credit insights.
