The deadliest tornado on record for December, swept through Mayfield, Kentucky on December 10, 2021, killing 24 people in Mayfield-Graves County.  Dozens more were severely injured, and thousands of structures were demolished. Among those severely damaged structures was FNB Bank’s Mayfield Main Office and the town’s iconic Court House and City Hall.  Since December 11, 2021, the City of Mayfield, the Graves County Fiscal Court, local businesses, and local homeowners have been focused on recovering and rebuilding together.

In January 2024, FNB proudly reopened at our Mayfield Main Office, located at 101 East Broadway, and was the first business to rebuild back on the Court Square.  Since our reopening, more neighbors have broken ground and will be returning to the Downtown area.  We are excited about the progress that’s in process and wanted to share it with our community and beyond. The construction cameras will provide daily live streaming of the new Fiscal Court Administration Building and demolition of the Hall Hotel.  The Fiscal Court project is anticipated to be complete in late 2025, so be sure to check in often for our daily front porch view of the progress.
