On Friday, May 4, our FNB Cadiz Main Office will host a BBQ Fundraiser with all proceeds benefiting the Trigg County Relay for Life. For a $6.00 donation, you can get a BBQ Sandwich from Slow-N-Low BBQ, Chips and a Dessert. To place an order fill out the form below and fax it back to 270-522-9985 or call 270-522-6021. Orders can be picked up at the Cadiz Main office located at 2558 Main St. Cadiz, KY from 10:30AM-1:00 PM or with a 5 order minimum can be delivered. The pre-order deadline is Monday, April 30 by 4 PM.
