II. Overview of Promotion:
A. Eligibility and Registration Overview:
FNB Bank, Inc. is offering an opportunity for one individual to win a $150 Cracker Barrel Gift Card which can be used to purchase a Thanksgiving Heat N’ Serve Feast to Go from Cracker Barrel (includes two oven roasted turkeys, cornbread dressing, turkey gravy, cranberry relish, sweet potato casserole with pecans, choice of 2 country sides, sweet yeast rolls, pumpkin & pecan pie – $139.99 plus tax value. Available for pickup 11/20-11/27.) FNB’s Thanksgiving Dinner Giveaway is an opportunity for individuals 18 years of age and older (at the time of registration) and a U.S. resident of the 50 United States including DC. FNB employees and immediate family members (spouse and children) may participate in the promotion but are not eligible to win the prize. To register, entrants can like or comment on the contest posts on FNB Bank’s Facebook (www.facebook.com/growwithfnb) and tell us their favorite Thanksgiving food. It is the individual’s discretion as to what information/text they want to include in their entry. No purchase is necessary to win and one entry per person is allowed for registration purposes. No FNB banking relationship is required to enter. Once the promotion ends, all entries will be exported and verified that there are no duplicates. Each entry will be assigned a number and a random number will be selected via the Random Number Generator at random.org. The number will then be matched back to the corresponding entry. If a duplicate entry is found, only one entry will be eligible for the promotion prize. By entering the contest, the entrants agree to all contest rules and regulations. Upon entry, participants release Facebook of any liability for this promotion.
B. Alternate Form of Registration:
An alternate form of registration is available at all FNB Bank, Inc. branch locations. The alternate form of registration consists of a sheet of paper that the individual must complete that asks for their name, phone number, e-mail address, and their favorite Thanksgiving food. Once the individual has completed the registration form, they can give it to an FNB employee, in which they will turn it into the Marketing Department to be entered into the promotion.
III. Promotion Entry Period:
The promotion period begins on Wednesday, November 3rd, 2021 at 8:30 AM (Central Time) and ends on Monday, November 8th, 2021 at 10:00 AM (Central Time). No entries will be accepted before or after the promotional period.
The winner will be contacted on Monday, November 8th, 2021. If the winner entered the contest via FNB’s Facebook Page, we will post their name on our page. If the winner entered the contest via FNB’s Alternate Registration Form, we will initially contact the winner per the contact information listed on their form. After the winner has been posted/notified, it is the winner’s responsibility to contact FNB to arrange prize pick-up and photo opportunity at one of our FNB Banking Centers. The winner can make arrangements to pick-up their prize by e-mailing the Marketing Department at firstname.lastname@example.org, calling (270) 247-1758 or sending a message to FNB’s Facebook Page. The winner will have through the end of November 2021 to retrieve their prize.

Chances of winning depend upon the number of entries received by registrants within the promotional period.
