Dawn Followell To Serve on Kentucky Housing Corp’s Lender Liaison Committee
April 18, 2018 (Mayfield, KY) FNB Bank is proud to announce that Dawn Followell, Mortgage Loan Officer for FNB, has been selected to serve as a member on the Kentucky Housing Corporation’s (KHC) Lender Liaison Committee. The Committee brings together lenders from regions across Kentucky, along with KHC’s staff and leadership, to collaborate on ideas to support KHC’s value in the marketplace, as well as find ways that KHC can help lenders succeed in utilizing their mortgage products. This committee represents a variety of industry perspectives including underwriters, loan originators and managers.
“We are very proud of Dawn and her recognition as a leader in the mortgage industry statewide,” stated Lori Noel, Chief Lending Officer for FNB. “Her knowledge and expertise of the many types of lending programs, including KHC, position her to assist customers in financing their dream homes. Dawn’s experience will be a great asset to the newly formed committee in Kentucky.” The committee will be comprised of up to 25 members, which will represent at least 20 percent of KHC’s lending partners. Each member will serve a minimum of one year with the opportunity to serve for an additional year.
Followell has twenty years of banking experience, including four years with FNB. Dawn attended Shawnee Community College and is a graduate of the Leadership Paducah Class of 2000 and a former President of the Paducah River City BPW. Dawn currently resides in Paducah with her husband, Michael. They have two children: Kathryn and Emily.
