DIGITAL RECEIPTS IS BEING CLOSED IN DECEMBER 2023
Our online banking provider is ending their relationship with digital receipts. This means that we will be discontinuing our relationship with that vendor as well.
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR YOU?
Unfortunately, when the product is sunset all the data that customers have stored will be removed. To ensure you keep your data, we recommend exporting the information from the service for your safekeeping.
HOW DO I BACK UP MY RECEIPTS?
Making a backup of your stored receipts is easy. Simply open your FNB Mobile app and select the Digital Receipts service.
Inside of Digital Receipts:
- Select all receipts
- Export the data
After selecting a download format you’d like to save as, you will see the size and how many receipts are enclosed.
