FNB’s Benton Grand Opening Celebration – Official Promotion Rules

I. Name of Promotion Administrator:

II. Overview of Promotion:

A. Eligibility and Registration Overview:

FNB Bank, Inc. is offering an opportunity for five individuals to win prizes as outlined below.

The FNB Benton Grand Opening Celebration Facebook Giveaways is an opportunity for individuals 18 years of age and older (at the time of registration) and a U.S. resident of the 50 United States including DC). FNB employees and immediate family members (spouse and children) are not eligible to win the prize. To register, entrants can like or comment on the contest posts on FNB Bank’s Facebook Page (www.facebook.com/growwithfnb). It is the individual’s discretion as to what information/text they want to include in their comment.  No purchase is necessary to win and one entry per person is allowed for registration purposes.  No FNB banking relationship is required to enter.  Each day of drawing (August 1 – 5, 2022), all names of registrants will be entered into a database to verify that there are no duplicates and a winner will be selected at random via the “Random Name Selector” website http://primaryschoolict.com/random-name-selector/.  If a duplicate entry is found, only one entry will be eligible for the promotion prize.  By entering the contest, the entrants agree to all our contest rules and regulations and release Facebook of any liability for this promotion.

B. Alternate Form of Registration

An alternate form of registration is available at all FNB Bank, Inc. branch locations.  The alternate form of registration consists of a sheet of paper that the individual must complete that asks for their name, phone number, e-mail address. Once the individual has completed the registration form, they can give it to any FNB employee, and it will be forwarded to the Marketing Department to be entered into the promotion.

III. Promotion Entry Period:

The promotion period begins on Monday, August 1^st at 8:30 AM (Central Time) and ends on Friday, August 5, 2022, at 3:00 PM (Central Time).  No entries will be accepted before or after the promotional period.

The winner for each giveaway prize on Monday, August 1^st – Thursday, August 4^th, will be posted the following day via a post on FNB’s Facebook Page. The winner on Friday, August 5^th which will be posted via a post on FNB’s Facebook Page on Friday, August 5th at 4:00 PM. The drawing dates are Tuesday, August 2^nd for the $50 Hutchens BBQ Gift Card, Wednesday, August 3^rd for the $50 Ashley’s Bakery Gift Card, Thursday, August 4^th for the $50 Café Célébré Gift Card, Friday, August 5^th (morning) for the $50 Panda Gift Card and Friday, August 5^th at 4:00 PM for the $50 Four Little Pigs BBQ Gift Card. After the winner has been posted/notified, it is the winner’s responsibility to contact FNB to arrange prize pick-up and photo opportunity at one of our FNB Banking Centers.  The winners have through the month of August 2022 (during regular business hours) to retrieve their gift card. If the winner entered the contest via FNB’s Facebook Page, we will post their name on our page.  If the winner entered the contest via FNB’s Alternate Registration Form, we will initially contact the winner per the contact information listed on their form.  To claim the prize, the winner will be responsible for contacting the Marketing Department at FNB’s Main Office at (270) 247-1758 or by e-mail at events@growwithfnb.com.  From there, Marketing will work with the winner to arrange prize pick-up and a photo opportunity at one of our FNB Banking Centers.

IV. Prize Details:

FNB’s Benton Grand Opening Celebration Facebook Contest Prizes consists of five gift cards that will be posted on these dates – Monday, August 1^st – $50 Gift Card to Hutchens BBQ; Tuesday, August 2^nd -$50 Gift Card to Ashley’s Bakery; Wednesday, August 3^rd – $50 Gift Card to Café Célébré; Thursday, August 4^th – $50 Gift Card to Panda; Friday, August 5^th – $50 Gift Card to Four Little Pigs BBQ.

V. Chances of Winning:

Chances of winning depend upon the number of entries received by registrants within the promotional period.
